Sears referred us toFast Water Heater Companyl to install a replacement water heater. The telephone staff was very pleasant and courteous although they set an appointment date for 48 hours later. I asked for an earlier appointment and was given several phone numbers to call, to no avail. We had to wait 48+ hours. When Jarod arrived to install the heater, he was very professional, courteous and willing to explain the delay (a San Diego employee hurt his back and they called Jarod down from Modesto to help with the work load). He also explained the installation procedure. He was good to answer all questions we had. He did a professional, clean job and cleaned the area thoroughly before he left. I will give him outstanding remarks.
Perhaps 48+ hours is the norm to wait for hot water installation. Everything else this company did was to our highest satisfaction.
