We recently had a problem regarding replacing our water heater. The previous company that installed our old water heater did not install it properly, and when we needed to replace it there was a code problem that needed to be addressed. The service technician that came out from Fast Water Heater Company was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the installation requirements and after a thorough examination of our situation came up with a solution to solve the issue. The technician was very courteous and spent an extra amount of time explaining all of the details of the project. We were very pleased with the entire job from start to finish and would highly recommend Fast Water Heater Company to anyone that is considering a top quality company !!! Everyone we have dealt with has always gone the extra distance to give us good customer service. Great friendly competent people. That means a lot to us. While purchasing the water heater, the sales person at Sears called the owner of Fast, and asked a couple questions about the installation. This actually enabled us to get our old water heater running until they were able to get the new one installed. BIG PLUS! Chad was ahead of schedule and called to see if he could start early. This made us happy. When Chad arrived, he was very nice and explained everything that he was doing. The new water heater is bigger than the old one. He needed to figure out if it would fit and how it would fit in the space we have. He explained our options given the code for electric heaters, and he gave us options. This made us very happy. He explained all the extras that he needed to charge. Although the extras don't make us happy, we knew they were coming since we didn't pay for them when we bought the water heater at Sears. He always gave us options (when there were any), and he explained everything along the way...without feeling like I was in the way for hanging around and asking questions. I like that a lot. Chad was amazing and thorough. I am sorry that the ranking scale only goes to 5. I want to give him 10's in everything! more

FAST Water Heater Company handled the replacement of my water softener excellently. They were timely with the schedule and the replacement was performed very efficiently. The serviceman was polite and knowledgeable and left the area as clean as he found it. I highly recommend this company. more

Sears referred us toFast Water Heater Companyl to install a replacement water heater. The telephone staff was very pleasant and courteous although they set an appointment date for 48 hours later. I asked for an earlier appointment and was given several phone numbers to call, to no avail. We had to wait 48+ hours. When Jarod arrived to install the heater, he was very professional, courteous and willing to explain the delay (a San Diego employee hurt his back and they called Jarod down from Modesto to help with the work load). He also explained the installation procedure. He was good to answer all questions we had. He did a professional, clean job and cleaned the area thoroughly before he left. I will give him outstanding remarks. Perhaps 48+ hours is the norm to wait for hot water installation. Everything else this company did was to our highest satisfaction. more
