Everyone we have dealt with has always gone the extra distance to give us good customer service. Great friendly competent people. That means a lot to us.
While purchasing the water heater, the sales person at Sears called the owner of Fast, and asked a couple questions about the installation. This actually enabled us to get our old water heater running until they were able to get the new one installed. BIG PLUS!
Chad was ahead of schedule and called to see if he could start early. This made us happy.
When Chad arrived, he was very nice and explained everything that he was doing. The new water heater is bigger than the old one. He needed to figure out if it would fit and how it would fit in the space we have. He explained our options given the code for electric heaters, and he gave us options. This made us very happy.
He explained all the extras that he needed to charge. Although the extras don't make us happy, we knew they were coming since we didn't pay for them when we bought the water heater at Sears. He always gave us options (when there were any), and he explained everything along the way...without feeling like I was in the way for hanging around and asking questions. I like that a lot.
Chad was amazing and thorough. I am sorry that the ranking scale only goes to 5. I want to give him 10's in everything!
