Bad Customer Service 9/21/2005

after my sister finally got her furniture here ,It was delivered 6 or more weeks late .Half of it was damaged or broken.She was really upset and called they said it would take a few weeks to refund her money knowing she had moved and they were sleepoing on the floor because of them.After several phone calls she did get the money back sooner but i wouldnt shop here after seeing what she went through. more
