Great selection, Great service 10/1/2008

We walked in expecting to get rushed like we were at "the other place"...like a pack of dogs on a bone! But instead we were nicely greeted and pointed in the right direction and then we were left to shop around. Our salesman only stopped by to check in again when he saw we were taking up residence on one particular living room set. We were pleasantly surprised and received our furniture within 4 days. The leather kit was accidentally forgotten but they popped it right in the mail for me. more

Bad Customer Service 9/21/2005

after my sister finally got her furniture here ,It was delivered 6 or more weeks late .Half of it was damaged or broken.She was really upset and called they said it would take a few weeks to refund her money knowing she had moved and they were sleepoing on the floor because of them.After several phone calls she did get the money back sooner but i wouldnt shop here after seeing what she went through. more
