Tria specializes in the Fermentation Trio of wine, cheese and beer, however, their food is amazing! Not big meals, but more tapas-like dishes suited for sharing. Their White Truffle Scented Wild Mushroom and Brie Grilled Panino (sandwich) for $8 is out of this world! The staff is very knowledgeable, and if you want to explore different drinks, on Sundays they have their "Sunday School" menu, where they write a little educational piece on featured wines/beers.
