Briitany Hill is fighting back for its 2nd chance. JCJ Investments LLC, is disputing the lease from 2009 and hope to resolve this matter in a professional manner with the previous owners SRC. JCJ Investments LLC, is seeking to regain Brittany Hill back to have that opportunity to finally just open since construction was an over head cost pressure to continue of the 80's upgrades. The case took effect 8-1-2011, in the Denver District Courts. Good Luck to the Falco's!
