Brittany Hill LLC has taking a step back and yes, it is on the market which is due to the much needed upgrades and work left to finish. This facility sat vacant for two long years unattended and the extra work and funds, we really did not expect to be so high and the permit codes that need to be passed by the City of Thornton has to be updated since this building was built in 1982. We are in touch with SRC and still can cure the facility and we are still attempting some this up with them, as soon as possible.
This facility, Brittany Hill even though we knew this one, that we could not place an opening date was due, to the fact that it was truly a mess and still is but we will not give up and for it being on the market no one wants to touch it and we know why but this is a decision that we and SRC will overcome as an agreement to settle what it will take to return it back and finish what we started, as agreed. The SRC Corp., wishes us to open and succeed putting it back on the market is due to the fact that (we) or anyone will need the extra $300,000 - $475,000 MORE to complete the opening to get the C.O., permitted by the City of Thornton. We knew this would a huge task but did not the other details which happens of a large facility like this vacant for two years then built in the 80's. It's just like a used car you dont' know whats wrong with it, until you start driving it?
