Brittany Hill Event Center

Since moving to the Denver area last winter, I have been looking for a restaurant to purchase and have stumbled upon the Brittany Hill facility. I have done a lot of web research (including the most recent attempts to open with the Falco's), and have found that it has a long history in the Thornton community, and feel it can be made into something special again. I am currently working on a feasibility study for the property before making an offer to SRC. I anticipate positive results and look forward to becoming a part of Brittany Hill's legacy. Briitany Hill is fighting back for its 2nd chance. JCJ Investments LLC, is disputing the lease from 2009 and hope to resolve this matter in a professional manner with the previous owners SRC. JCJ Investments LLC, is seeking to regain Brittany Hill back to have that opportunity to finally just open since construction was an over head cost pressure to continue of the 80's upgrades. Brittany Hill LLC has taking a step back and yes, it is on the market which is due to the much needed upgrades and work left to finish. This facility sat vacant for two long years unattended and the extra work and funds, we really did not expect to be so high and the permit codes that need to be passed by the City of Thornton has to be updated since this building was built in 1982. We are in touch with SRC and still can cure the facility and we are still attempting some this up with them, as soon as possible. This facility, Brittany Hill even though we knew this one, that we could not place an opening date was due, to the fact that it was truly a mess and still is but we will not give up and for it being on the market no one wants to touch it and we know why but this is a decision that we and SRC will overcome as an agreement to settle what it will take to return it back and finish what we started, as agreed. The SRC Corp., wishes us to open and succeed putting it back on the market is due to the fact that (we) or anyone will need the extra $300,000 - $475,000 MORE to complete the opening to get the C.O., permitted by the City of Thornton. We knew this would a huge task but did not the other details which happens of a large facility like this vacant for two years then built in the 80's.
