While looking for a vehicle we called Chapman Auto and told them what we were looking for. Within a couple of days we received a call from the salesman, Lou McKenna, he told us they had the vehicle that we were looking for come in and believed it had everything we wanted.
We drove the 1 1/2 hours to the dealership and met with Lou. He was a very honest person to work with. He told us what the best price they could do for us was and even went out of his way to thro some extra incentives in it for us.
I would highly recommend going to Chapman Auto and working with Lou. I don't believe there is another salesman out there that will be as honest as Lou and treat you like a special customer.
Lou came 1 1/2 hours to bring me the paper work I needed to sign for our truck. He could have made me come down there, but being the wonderful person he is, he went out of his way to make out transaction as smoothly as possible.
