This kids museum is housed in an old train depot and has a few areas devoted to trains, but much more of the museum is dedicated to helping children learn about the world around them through interactive exhibits. One room has a kid-sized working sound booth that controls a stage where they can perform, using the provided costumes. There is another large room with a working small carousel, a pretend grocery, a replica bus, and a special effects learning area. The younger set can romp around in the preschool room, where they have a "tree" for kids to climb or play under and an area with a play kitchen. There are more exhibits in this small museum and also a room to rent for birthday parties.
