Very happy with their sales and service. Car salesman, Peter, was extremely pleasant, not pushy, and willing to sell me a new MDX for the lowest price I had been quoted (from another bay area dealership). After the purchuse, the parts manager, John, was willing to communicate with me by email about the purchase and installation of roof rails (no other local dealership responded to my email inquiries). We negotiated a fair price prior to bringing the car in. Their shuttle brought me to and from work in Walnut Creek - 10 to 15 minutes away. Shuttle drivers were prompt and very pleasant. Service Rep Steve was very friendly and helpful. Free car wash after the installation. Highly recommended.
