WORST DEALERSHIP ON EARTH!! 3/21/2011

WOW....I am so disappointed that when i go to buy a car and in my own community it had to be at a place like Acura of Concord. I wanted to support my own city so I went there but I won't ever ever go there again. I also unfortunately sent a friend there last year and he bought an MDX but he also said it wasn't a good experience, however not until after I went there! more

It was a pleasure doing business with Acura of Concord -- Zarifs knowledge, friendliness, and flexibility made the entire process so easy. I have purchased several cars during the course of my driving years, and this was by far the simplest and the most satisfying experience. I make my living in sales and he is the first sales person that I have found in the car industry that treats sales as a profession and acts like a professional. RECEPTIONIST GAVE ME A BOTTLE OF WATER AND WAS NICE. THE SERVICE DEPT ALWAYS MAKES ME FEEL LIKE A PART OF THE TEAM AND HE IS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEM. WOULD RATE THE DLR A SIX IF I COULD. THE PROCESS WAS PROFESSIONAL, INCREDIBLE, AND NOT SLEAZY. more

After a horrible experience at Acura of Oakland it was so nice to be treated with respect. The negotiation was straight forward and honest, the pricing and financing were competitive and the customer service was outstanding. Very happy with their sales and service 6/1/2010

Very happy with their sales and service. Car salesman, Peter, was extremely pleasant, not pushy, and willing to sell me a new MDX for the lowest price I had been quoted (from another bay area dealership). After the purchuse, the parts manager, John, was willing to communicate with me by email about the purchase and installation of roof rails (no other local dealership responded to my email inquiries). We negotiated a fair price prior to bringing the car in. Their shuttle brought me to and from work in Walnut Creek - 10 to 15 minutes away. Shuttle drivers were prompt and very pleasant. Service Rep Steve was very friendly and helpful. Free car wash after the installation. Highly recommended. more
