There are several different car lots all under the Dick Hannah name. I think all of the major auto manufacturers are represented. We encountered the typical sleazy salesmen, who were pushy and just wanting to make a sale, but there were a few who at least gave the impresssion that they cared that we walked out of there happy. This place is huge, and definitely don't take their first offer, because it won't be their best. Overall, I think they're ok, and from what I've gathered, they stand behind the products they sell. Being a big business like that though, they don't need to wheel and deal as much as a smaller dealership might. Go in with all your facts and information and push for a good deal. They can do it, but they won't offer it on their own.
