Had to give it one star because there's no choice for zero stars. Absolutely horrible experience. My very first order was shipped to me and had one dead coral. I called,sent them a pic and the owner told me that I can only get a store credit. I was upset, I wanted my money back so if I chose to purchase again I will. Since i had no choice, I decided to use the $40 credit on file and purchase a few corals. I was expecting my corals on a Tues. and waited till 4 pm. I knew the corals should have been here by now so i called them. A girl who new nothing about anything I don't know why she even sworks there told me that the owner Scott will be calling me that day. I didn't receive a call. The next day I called and she answered again and she said he couldn't get back to me because he has been busy. I was pretty upset at that point but stayed very calm. I said O.K. tell him to call me and gave my cell since i was at work. Again I did not receive a call. The next day i called and I had to leave a message because it was Sat. I received a call on Mon. from Scott and he said that 2 of the corals looked bad that's why he didn't send me the order. I said ok then I'll order a few more corals with the corals that are good. He said ok so I looked but didn't like any of the corals so then he said I can get a refund. O.K. it's been almost 2 weeks now and still no refund. Today I called paypal and told them what's going on. Terrible,terrible,terrible. more
