Good: The Dr. was very helpful and seemed to know what he was talking about.. Bad: The billing dept and collections. This hospital only was concerned with getting as much money from my insurance company as possible. After I clearly told them I do not want a test run unless they for sure my insurance covered it. The ran a $5,000 test and told me it would be covered. Guess what it wasn't so their idea of collecting was to sue me. The Dr. Himself told the billing dept they should adjust it. They did not and sent it to court. On top of that they are now trying to get a judgment agains. Improvements: Stop being a greedy medical facility and start acting medical facility that is there to help you community. Do not look at $$ signs walking in the doors look at the patient and do what is best for them. Not what is most profitable for you.. Other: Even though this is a large hospital with a lot pull I would recommend going elsewhere..
