Good: My wait time was short once I got the attention of the receptionists that sat behind glass doors and were on the phone constantly - they RARELY look up to see if anyone is standing in front of them!. Bad: Office visits were brief, expensive, I did not make any progress. I was suffering a severe set back as a college student and could not get on with my life. They didn't care and couldn't provide any constructive advise. When my parent's insurance mixed up the bill pymt this office was relentless/rude.. Improvements: Truly understanding the needs of patients - listening - offering a way out.. Other: Billing specialist is RUDE - period..
