Diane Eden MD and Associates

I won't be going back. I waited 6 weeks to see her after going to counseling there. I had a balance due on my account, still pending insurance coverage. Receptionist was somewhat rude and gave me a hard time until I agreed to pay part of the bill . The first thing Dr. Eden said to me was " I shouldn't have been allowed to see her because I had a balance due, when do I plan on paying the balance due? " Well that set the tone for the balance of our meeting . I have to say she is very impersonal and cold, she spent most of the time on her computer taking down information rather than just talking with me one on one. Wow, I couldn't wait to get out of her office. What a nightmare!!!!! more

Dr. Diane Eden is the worst psychiatrist in Northeast Ohio. She is rude, uncaring, and terrible at diagnosing and helping with issues. Just an all around bad doctor. She should not be practicing medicine. more

I have been going to Dr. Eden's office for Five years now; you have no Idea how far the office has come. When I first starting seeing my MD at Diane Eden's office, the place was a mess, new people every visit I made, and the Office Manager at the time had no bed side manor. At times my wait can be long, but with only two receptionists, who have to check patients in and accept incoming calls, who would not have to wait. As far as your comments go, it sounds like you have no clue how busy of a practice Diane Eden MD and Associates is. Considering they are one of the few in the area with Both MD's and Therapy. As far as your comment about the Staff, you are out of line. Sounds like your Insurance Messed up from what you said, and of course the Billing Office wants to get paid, No Free Rides in Life, and maybe you need to think about the chain of command. At your job can you let things slide? I think the office staff is super helpful, they explain my billing as much as they can, and when I had a problem with Medicare they called the Billing Office Mgr and she explained everything I had to do. It's my insurance, and my responsibility if they Deny payment to my MD. more

Good: My wait time was short once I got the attention of the receptionists that sat behind glass doors and were on the phone constantly - they RARELY look up to see if anyone is standing in front of them!. Bad: Office visits were brief, expensive, I did not make any progress. I was suffering a severe set back as a college student and could not get on with my life. They didn't care and couldn't provide any constructive advise. When my parent's insurance mixed up the bill pymt this office was relentless/rude.. Improvements: Truly understanding the needs of patients - listening - offering a way out.. Other: Billing specialist is RUDE - period.. more

I had the best experience at Diane Eden M.D. and Associates. From the first call I made they were nice and took care of me. They scheduled me quickly with Dr. Eden. She is a very and kind person. She helped me when many other doctors could not. I also saw a great therapist, Dr. Shari Ridge. I am so much better. I feel happy again and can handle the day-to-day troubles with ease. Thank you Dr. Eden and Dr. Ridge. I recommend you and give you 10 stars! DarlaH. more
