this is the second time getting a cell phone for me. I was hoping to get a even better deal than first time and getting a better phone at the same time. The store is extremely hard to find, the parking spaces are limited. they have lots of phones and many promotions going on. after signing up with them, they did not activate my service until two days later. and their customer service was horrible, they put me on hold for more than five minutes.
