Yes, I am agree that they have really bad customer service. I called them several times to help me out with a problem and they said they're gonna call me back. But in fact they've never came back to me if I do not call them and ask... ??? more

Someone i knew purchased 2 phones from them and they were overpriced. Once i found out the deals that were offered to him, i was able to come up with probably over 20 other stores that could beat their deals. Their customer service is very bad. no return policy. I tried to get him to return one of his phones but they didn't allow it. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFFFFFFFFFFFF! more

Was referred to this store by my in-laws who have been customers for years. Drove all the way out from Orange County for a good deal on 2 phones and 2 new lines. They didn't have the phone I wanted and agreed to mail it to me so I wouldn't have to drive another 80 miles to pick it up. Low and behold, it's almost 3 weeks later and still no phone. "It got lost in the mail". Not my problem!!! I paid an activiation fee for a phone I do not have. My cell phone is my business phone and I have been losing business because of the lack of call quality I have with my old phone and the new SIM card. Trying to call them is another story. The phone just rings and when you finally get someone and they say they'll call you back? Don't believe them because they never do. It's very disappointing to see that this place is still in business. more

I have been going to this store for the last 8 years and i probably get at least 2 phones for myself each year and bring many friends that are very happy with this place. The price is always the best if not very competative for that area. They have all kinds of phones from Unlock Unbranded phones and import phones that you will never see the US carriers have and these import phones are way ahead of technology compare to the ones in the US carriers have. The reason did not rate them 5 stars because the service is not up to par and the rebate process through them is very lagging. If you are a wireless self educated person that knows exactly what you want in a plan and what you want in phone features I would definitely recommend this place because of pricing and selections. My advice to all people before going to the phone store is ask your friends about their plan and have an idea of your usage. However, if you decide to go for the rebate, you’ll be in for a long struggle to make sure they give you the rebate check. If your busy, don’t bother. more

this is the second time getting a cell phone for me. I was hoping to get a even better deal than first time and getting a better phone at the same time. The store is extremely hard to find, the parking spaces are limited. they have lots of phones and many promotions going on. after signing up with them, they did not activate my service until two days later. and their customer service was horrible, they put me on hold for more than five minutes. more
