As I told you when we met, we bought my 2008 911S from your sister Porsche store in Carlsbad nearly 2 years ago. We live up in Dana Point, and as you can imagine we tried working with several closer dealerships before settling with Hoehn. But Chris Strole made us feel like valued customers and we put a premium on that experience. So much so that we immediately included Hoehn Audi in our search for a replacement for my wife's 2006 Lexus LX470.
I have to tell you that from the very first contact I knew that Jeff was going to be the guy we went with. He was honest, reasonable, responsive and fair. Unlike so many so called professionals in your industry today, he also knew the product. He was never pushy, never aggressive and always made us feel like we were valuable customers even before we were customers.
We had to order our car to get it the way we wanted it and that also could have been a nightmare. We had to balance several balls in the air (my wife's 35th birthday on 3/31, returning the Lexus off lease in January, and a crazy work schedule for my wife and I due to tax season) to make it all come together but Jeff was so patient and understanding. He made this purchase easy for me and a true pleasure for my wife.
Jeff kept us informed during our wait and made our delivery day as easy as possible, even picking us up a the train station to spare us the headache of traffic and driving two cars home (remember your store is hardly around the corner for us!).
We're still trying to figure out some of the more advanced technology in this car but we're already in love. I'm very active in the PCA as well as several online forums and will not hesitate for one second to recommend Jeff and your team at Hoehn to any potential customers.
