I'd like to take a moment of your time and formally acknowledge how much we appreciate your team at Hoehn Audi and how happy we are with our recent purchase experience. As I told you when we met, we bought my 2008 911S from your sister Porsche store in Carlsbad nearly 2 years ago. We live up in Dana Point, and as you can imagine we tried working with several closer dealerships before settling with Hoehn. But Chris Strole made us feel like valued customers and we put a premium on that experience. So much so that we immediately included Hoehn Audi in our search for a replacement for my wife's 2006 Lexus LX470. I have to tell you that from the very first contact I knew that Jeff was going to be the guy we went with. He was honest, reasonable, responsive and fair. Unlike so many so called professionals in your industry today, he also knew the product. He was never pushy, never aggressive and always made us feel like we were valuable customers even before we were customers. We had to order our car to get it the way we wanted it and that also could have been a nightmare. We had to balance several balls in the air (my wife's 35th birthday on 3/31, returning the Lexus off lease in January, and a crazy work schedule for my wife and I due to tax season) to make it all come together but Jeff was so patient and understanding. He made this purchase easy for me and a true pleasure for my wife. Jeff kept us informed during our wait and made our delivery day as easy as possible, even picking us up a the train station to spare us the headache of traffic and driving two cars home (remember your store is hardly around the corner for us!). We're still trying to figure out some of the more advanced technology in this car but we're already in love. I'm very active in the PCA as well as several online forums and will not hesitate for one second to recommend Jeff and your team at Hoehn to any potential customers. Let's make this perfectly clear, I didn't even BUY my A4 at Hoehn Audi. I bought my baby second hand from an agent. Best route to go, I feel. No instant depreciation when you roll your car out of the dealership parking lot. I have, however, done all my service work with these guys in my three and a half years of blissful Audi A4 ownership. Hoehn Audi is the best dealership I've ever been to. Great, courteous staff, cool waiting room and always a courtesy car for me when I've wanted one. Now since I've never bought a car from these people, I can't say much about the financing or buying experience with them. All I know is that everytime I want to test drive the latest, there's always a knowledgable no bullsh*t salesman happy to oblige my request. It was Alan, a former salesman, who got me to fall in love with the A4 back when I was looking in 2002. And even now, Andre, the hippest Audi brotha' I've ever had the pleasure of knowing helps me a great deal. I'm just all around satisfied with the Hoehn Audi fam. Great bunch of people. I've come in there with something that is OBVIOUSLY a wear and tear item that shouldn't be covered under warranty and they've fixed it for free. more
