Our sales person, Evan T., was most impressive; his knowledge of the products and his customer service were unmatched by any others. Roman and Jayson were perfect gentlemen while they were in my house and painted out that we had neglected to order a stand for our Pioneer Elite. Evan not only tracked down a stand for us, he personally came out to our house, 45 minutes south of Dallas, to bring us the stand and to install our new TV. He had us up and going by the end of the night. It is obvious Star Power puts a lot of forethought into who they select to represent their name.
