Thank you very much for your extraordinary customer service and actually being the company David Pigeon advertises StarPower to be. As a P1 listener of The Ticket 1310 radio, I've heard David espousing about the awesome StarPower service during and after the sell and that everyone is treated as a star, not just the celebrity, professional athlete or the big spenders. As just a regular guy, I experienced the star treatment first hand as advertised. It was nice to do business with a company that backed up their claim to deliver great service. I appreciate you stepping up and resolving the issue we had with a LG when, even though the TV was only 2 1/2 years old, LG was not interested in doing the right thing and you guys did. Again, it was a pleasure to find a company that genuinely cares about it's service after the sell. Thanks! Randy more

It was close to 7:00 when I came in to look at speakers and George was by far the most knowledgeable, professional and courtesy person I have ever worked with. George took the time to explain the products to me and made me feel that I had picked the best products for my system. George was crawling around on the floor to get speakers out for me to listen to and was even familiar with the type of layout my home had. George’s knowledge and demeanor has made me a customer for life and I will be back again soon! more

I wanted to take a moment and let you know about my experience at your North Dallas location on Wednesday, June 30th. I had previously been into the store several times looking for speakers and was assisted the last two by George Leslie. I have never experience customer service on the level that George exhibited. George is absolutely the best employee I have ever encountered at any store, period. more

My sales representative did a great job and he following through on every step of the process. The installers did the same—they were professional, on time, courteous, and thorough. Experiencing the Starpower 5-Star Service promise first-hand was truly an experience. As a first time homeowner, there seemed to be an endless stream of strangers in my house. With all the stresses and unexpected snags that come with moving in and owning a home, I can sincerely say that my Starpower experience was absolutely flawless. I was remarking to my husband how easy it is to find someone "live" to assist you when you are signing up for things like internet or telephone services. But when you have a question or a problem,quality help is much harder to find. Not so with Starpower. Our salesperson was the ultimate professional. His guidance, product knowledge, follow-up and attention to detail were outstanding. The installation team was simply superb; the installers did a terrific job of making sure all aspects of the installation went smooth, along with making sure that all of the pieces came together at the end of the day. Huge selection! 2/11/2010

I am absolutely satisfied with my recent experience in dealing with Starpower. I have been in the market for upgrading my home theater system for some time and had been shopping not only online, but at electric stores throughout Dallas. The myriad of choices of equipment, pricing, and installation options, to say the least, was daunting. After visiting Starpower, my search for a system ended at that moment. more
