Thank you very much for your extraordinary customer service and actually being the company David Pigeon advertises StarPower to be. As a P1 listener of The Ticket 1310 radio, I've heard David espousing about the
awesome StarPower service during and after the sell and that everyone is treated as a star, not just the celebrity, professional athlete or the big spenders. As just a regular guy, I experienced the star treatment first hand as advertised. It was nice to do business with a company that backed up their claim to deliver great service. I appreciate you stepping up and resolving the issue we had with a LG when, even though the TV was only 2 1/2 years old, LG was not interested in doing the right thing and you guys did. Again, it was a pleasure to find a company that genuinely cares about it's service after the sell. Thanks!
