Good - because they provide emergency care. Bad - because they really REALLY make you pay for it by overcharging. They also won't start treatment until your check or credit card clears, which can seriously harm the well-being of a pet in the interim. If I had another emergency option, I'd take it. But I don't. I wouldn't recommend using them for routine care... there's cheaper places out there that care as much or more.
