Worst

Good - because they provide emergency care. Bad - because they really REALLY make you pay for it by overcharging. They also won't start treatment until your check or credit card...

Emergency Care 11/27/2009

Pilchuck has excellent emergency services. I've used them a number of times over the years and they took wonderful care of my dogs. I've only used the regular docs a couple of times but they caring and very skilled also. They are more expensive thsn some other vets but having 24 hour emergency service makes it worth the cost. more

Good and Bad 10/10/2009

Good - because they provide emergency care. Bad - because they really REALLY make you pay for it by overcharging. They also won't start treatment until your check or credit card clears, which can seriously harm the well-being of a pet in the interim. If I had another emergency option, I'd take it. But I don't. I wouldn't recommend using them for routine care... there's cheaper places out there that care as much or more. more

A complete Vet clinic 11/6/2005

Pilchuck Vet Hospital has everything there! They even do own lab work VS sending out elsewhere which can be important. They work on small to large meaning horses. On an open house visit, we had about 10 stations to see, what they do, how they perform certain procedures, interestsing. Showed us how laser surgery works, alternative medicine for animals, how dentristy done, ultrasounds, endoscopy procedure, etc plus 24/7 ER care. which I've used about 4 times now. The doctors are very caring people. more
