I've been a Costco member for the last 23 years. Always brag about Costco. Is very sad I have to say till this day. After today I have a very bad taste in my mouth and don't want to think of visiting the store at least for some time if at all. An item was incorrectly priced, and they wouldn't honor the store mistake even after they verified and aknowledged it was the their mistake. If ok by costco to loose a customer over few dollars, then I can take my business somewere else. I really say this with sadness. The way it was said really told me what kind of managers run the store. It was really a "take it or leave it lady" Not what I expected from costco ever. I may add I had a friend and her family with me in the store and I was telling them they should become members too, well after what costco did to me, is no question number one I look like a llier and for sure they wont become members either.
