Costco Wholesale

I've been a Costco member for the last 23 years. Always brag about Costco. Is very sad I have to say till this day. After today I have a very bad taste in my mouth and don't want to think of visiting the store at least for some time if at all. An item was incorrectly priced, and they wouldn't honor the store mistake even after they verified and aknowledged it was the their mistake. If ok by costco to loose a customer over few dollars, then I can take my business somewere else. I really say this with sadness. The way it was said really told me what kind of managers run the store. It was really a "take it or leave it lady" Not what I expected from costco ever. I may add I had a friend and her family with me in the store and I was telling them they should become members too, well after what costco did to me, is no question number one I look like a llier and for sure they wont become members either. more

Well I couldn't find the actual store listing for this, so I chose the one for tire dealers. Weird. This Costco isn't my favorite. The parking lot is better than most, but getting into and out of the store is an altogether hardship. The entrance and exits are frustratingly small, kinda like the one at the Georgetown Costco in Seattle. The food court in Tacoma is right on the way out of the store, so everyone piles up their carts to block you from actually getting out of the store. The narrow aisle they provide from the checkstands to the exit is blocked by all those hot dog lovers. Oh, and to make matters even worse, the returns and member services are in-between the food court and the exit, so if there's a returns line up there, coupled with the food court pile up, then you're waiting forever to get out of the store, holding your cranky baby and two anxious kids, ready to poke a Costco employee's eye out. They HAVE to have a lot of turnover in those exit screener jobs. Costco needs to redo that store!!! more
