This bookstore is always busy, but well-staffed by friendly and knowledgeable people. It's pure pleasure to see so many people browsing among the stacks or absorbed in a novel while they sip a cappucino in the store's wonderful cafe.
Further, BN offers some great activities for kids like storytellers and magic acts...the selection of children's books in particular is first-rate.
Don't expect that you'll always get the best price, but if you're an avid reader, it's well worth joining the Barnes & Noble reader's club to save an extra 10%.
