Hayes Heating is a company that I have done business with before. This most recent visit was that the furnace had failed and I needed a new Coleman heat pump. They had never replaced a heat pump before. They are very slow and we are still working on resolving this. It took them a month just to bring it over to my house to have me sign for the work. It has been three weeks and I still have not heard anything. The technicians were knowledgeable who came out and seemed professional. However, the company is saying it is the manufacturing of the new unit that is at fault. Still, nothing is working right. Hayes Heating not given me any indication as to when they can get this remedied. There is very poor communication.
