We have used Hayes heating for 35 years. Hayes has helped us in emergencies and for regular service, always professional. We were very happy when son “Kirtan” continued to provide the same prompt service. While the fireplace folks put us 6weeks out. kirtan came out the next business day and got our gas fireplace working. Many thanks Hayes. more

Poor Communication! 1/24/2019

Hayes Heating is a company that I have done business with before. This most recent visit was that the furnace had failed and I needed a new Coleman heat pump. They had never replaced a heat pump before. They are very slow and we are still working on resolving this. It took them a month just to bring it over to my house to have me sign for the work. It has been three weeks and I still have not heard anything. The technicians were knowledgeable who came out and seemed professional. However, the company is saying it is the manufacturing of the new unit that is at fault. Still, nothing is working right. Hayes Heating not given me any indication as to when they can get this remedied. There is very poor communication. more

We had Hayes install a heat pump and new furnace for us some time ago and now when we had a problem, we called and they came out quickly and took care of the situation. I would highly recommend them to others. more

Hayes Heating came out to our house for the first time. It was very easy to set up an appointment. It was the middle of the Summer, so the hottest point of the year so took a little bit more of time to schedule. Beyond that, there were no issues. I was very surprised that the owner came out himself to do the work. He repaired my heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC). Everything turned out great! I definitely would recommend using Hayes Heating, as I will continue to do so in the future. more

This was my first time using Hayes Heating. I needed a part changed out on my water heater. Their customer service was great about contacting the manufacturer and getting the part covered under warranty and all that was left for me was the labor. The service technician that came out was really personable and he took the time to help me rid a bee nest from an outside plug so that they would not keep accumulating around it. He also taped it up so that they would not return. Very thoughtful of him! The water heater is working perfectly as expected! Super good service! more

It was a while back when I had last used Hayes Heating, but I remember that the gentleman who came out was very nice. It was easy to schedule the appointment, for him to clean and provide some routine maintenance on my air conditioner unit. This was not my first time using Hayes, as I find their workers to be very personable, pleasant, and easy with which to work. I'll be using them in the future as well. more

He came on time, told me what needed to be done differently and left me with guidance. Their customer service is wonderful and their pricing is reasonable. I trust them! more

When I last used Hayes Heating, I had a broken heater, and I had called them up for some assistance. This wasn't my first time reaching out to them, and when I last used them I found the company and their workers to be reliable, punctual, professional, and nice. This rang true for the tech that came out to work on my heater, who was able to fix the issue I was having with it. I would use them again. more

Hayes Heating came out an installed our furnace years ago. They have maintained it for us, and we recently called them out because we were having some problems with our unit. They did an excellent job, and they were on time. They have excellent customer service, and we have had an overall great experience. I would definitely recommend them. more

A few months ago, we used Hayes Heating to have a new furnace put into our home. Everything was good, and the installers did a great job. They came out on time and were friendly. It only took them a few hours to get it installed, and they were professional and did not leave a mess. I have been using Hayes for years, and I have always been very happy with their services. more

The person from Hayes Heating that services our house, Glenn, does a wonderful job. We first used them when we moved into our home and had them put propane gas for our fireplace. Then they put in a tankless water heater, followed by a new heating system, and they have done a marvelous job every time. We also have a maintenance contract with them, so they come out every 3 months to service our system. That was the last thing they did for us, and we were very pleased. more

I have been working with Hayes Heating for about fifteen years now. I like them because they are very reliable and helpful, sometimes even doing extra things and going out of their way when they see they are needed. They have kept up good maintenance on our heating, AC, and fireplace. Their repairmen are friendly, professional, and do good work. Their pricing is fine and they are easy to keep in touch with. I would highly recommend them! more
