We have used Curtis Total Service several times now, and have had absolutely no problems whatsoever with them. The last time they were here, it was to fix a toilet in the downstairs bathroom. Their workers are always clean, and they show up when they are scheduled to show up. They are polite and courteous, and always seem to do a professional job. As I said before, I have never had any problems whatsoever with Curtis Total Service, because they do quality work. One thing that really impresses me about them, is how their workers always take the time to fully explain to me what it is that they need to do. That is something I really appreciate! The communication. That is just good customer service!
