I can't speak highly enough of the young man, Kyle, who responded to an emergency service call for a backed up main line. For whatever reason it proved to be a stubborn back up that took Kyle numerous attempts to clear. I was afraid that he was going to call it quits after the third attempt and I would be stuck paying for an unresolved problem. But to his credit he continued to work the problem until he had solved it. I spoke to the manager of his office to commend him personally. I can't say that TMI has the lowest prices but as long as I receive that level of service on every call I'm happy to pay a little extra.
