Outstanding, professional service 12/20/2018

Plumbing service by Tim Jackson was one of the best service calls we have ever received by TMI. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and was able to troubleshoot and solve our problem where another service we had brought in the day before (Mr. Rooter) was unable to resolve. Will ask for Tim J. by name the next time we need service! more

Construction projects can be very nerve wracking. However, TMI made the experience a pleasant one. The crew was very friendly and made every effort during the process to make sure everything was satisfactory. I was not able to be there during the day and I would come home to a clean and tidy construction area. They even finished the job early and under budget. It's hard to find a company that is trustworthy and provides great customer service, TMI provides both. I would highly recommend them! more

Your technician Tom V. was very thorough and knowledgeable and did an excellent job in explaining possible future issues with my furnace. This is the second time he has been to my home. He was here this past spring to inspect my AC. Please, "thank" him again for being such an outstanding technician. more

Quick response! Problem solved! 11/28/2018

Water was backing up in our basement in the morning before Thanksgiving. We called at 9:00am and our problem was fixed, with the work area cleaned up, by 11:30am. So thankful for not having to deal with these issues over the holiday! more

I couldn’t be happier with my choice of using TMI. I just need my old garage heater swapped out. The “other guys” wanted $2500 and up - which I thought was high. Woody came in and gave me what I felt was a fair and reasonable price on the SAME brand the other guys had. Installers showed up on time. Gave me a high level overview and were done on time. Exactly what I expect! more
