My air conditioner went out overnight. I call at 6:00am and to my surprise a very pleasant voice answered the phone! She was able to schedule a sevice technician to arrive between 12:00 & 2:00 pm that day. Orlando called and gave me his eta. And
His was there when he said he would be....I am always pleased with Cal-Air!
