Hot water heater was at the end of its life and leaked everywhere. Called TMI and they immediately sent a service person. Blake immediately assessed the problem and was able to stop the leak. Blake explained my options and left a quote for a new one. I opted to get a new one and the same young man came to install it. He was again very polite and did a wonderful job! Blake and TMI made is bad situation much better!!!
