I couldn't be happier with Cal Air. To start, they answered the phone quickly. I spoke with Alexis, who was exceptionally helpful.
My 30+ year old a/c was completely out in 114 degree Las Vegas heat, and I had expected to have to wait several days for an available appointment. Alexis booked it that afternoon - and I didn't even have to ask!
The tech, Richard H., arrived on time and was polite, friendly, clean, and professional. He immediately found the problem, which a competitor had missed just a few weeks ago. I had wanted a new thermostat for years, but never took the time to get one. Richard got me a very nice, digital, programmable thermostat, and installed it in a matter of minutes. Problems solved! I'm happy, my dog is happy, Richard's happy, and I'm sure Cal Air is happy!
I just couldn't ask for better service!!!
