We purchased a new heating unit and got it installed with the help of Hayes Heating and the customer service they provided us was great but after the unit was installed we ran into a couple complications. We were having some issues with the unit from the get go but luckily it was under warranty and Hayes was able to come out to diagnose the issue for us at no cost. Ultimately they got everything figured out, turns out there were some issues with how the settings were initially programmed but everything is working fine now. So overall, we were not really happy with the product at first but that has nothing to do with the quality of service from Hayes. They were very responsive but I would recommend that they figure out what is going on with their voicemail because we occasionally had trouble reaching them.
