I thought TMI did a great job in coming out and evaluating my water heater. A leak was found and a new water heater was required.
I don't have a complaint, but I would recommend others to get comparable pricing if you have the time to do so. We were out of hot water for a couple days and we couldn't really wait to get the new water heater installed, but doing some research online indicated I may have paid a premium for the service. Hindsight is 20/20.
The service was great overall.
