I have called and left several messages for Tamika who have not returned my calls. I think that returning of phone calls to customers is very important since I have been a customer for a long time and have referred a lot of people to them who used them to install their units. If I am not longer wanted as a customer then I can accept that and move along. But will make that no one I know use them again. I will put that in my community news letter.
