My wife was charged $371 for snaking a kitchen sink. Not knowing any different, she paid for the service performed without question. I called the company to inquire about what I felt was an exorbitant charge for a simple job the lasted under an hour, but they never returned my call after promising to look into it and check with the Service Manager. This is the second time I've used the company and was hoping to establish a long-term relationship with a trusted plumber, but this experience has caused me to take any future business elsewhere.
