Had a low running kitchen faucet. Called was told about $90 to come and $100 labor a hour, ok I knew this was the going rate no problem. Now the service tech tried to sell me a $125 faucet for $700 Went to Lowe's got it for $137 That afternoon, no biggie. Next day I was ready to put in a simple faucet and $50 filter. Charge $100 for labor great I said., even talked to the customer service rep, they wouldn't charge for another service call, great let's get it done. Today C0ST WENT TO $700 for labor. Holy $@!#% !!!!!!!!! $@!#% YOU!!!! for replacing a faucet and connecting a filter 30 min job max. Arnold & Sons lied. Getting a new Plummer charging $189 to install my stuff. Will see these $@!#% in court later. Two faced customer service. CALLED B.BB. Yellow and others do not use these liars.

Boy this just goes to show you that you can say whatever you want on a review whether its true or not.
Mr. Plaskon had a service call one day to investigate one faucet and attempt to repair a problem with another faucet. He paid $178 for that days visit. That same day he was given 4 different options in writing with pricing for another faucet installation and the items.
He then called back to schedule the same tech to come out and install one of the options (in writing) and acted as if he had no idea of the conversation the day prior.
We have both calls from Mr. Plaskon recorded in our system to verify this and also verify there was never any mention of an hourly charge. All options given the first service call are time stamped and recorded in our system.
He did call last Saturday prior to his service visits this week. Now we have had the same answering service for over 15 years and they know what to say and what not to say. They do not have authority to discuss any pricing with customers whatsoever; However, if there happened to be someone new from the service for the first time ever that we don't know about that decided to just say it was $100/ hour... it still would't change the fact that we didn't surprise anyone with pricing as it was all divulged upfront the first day we met at his home. Upfront pricing is the cornerstone of our business.
We apologized for his inconvenience and asked our technician to walk away from the call performing no work and collecting no additional fees.
