My service guy with Perfect Home Services was fine this time, but I worked with several others before I got one that I can say was thorough. I felt like he went above and beyond in terms of explaining what he was going to do, and I didn't feel like he was pushy at all. This time they were just working on the air conditioning, but they also do my furnace. I have a 3-year contract with them, so that's whats keeping me with them for now. One thing I do like is that the owner will send you a Mother's day gift card every year for $25, which offsets some of the maintenance fees. That is a nice perk.
