I called your company becase it was listed above the otheres as it started with an A & phone phone was soon dead. I needed someone ASAP, of course. your promptness was excellent.confirmation was good, also described to me by email the service mans description which I thought was excellent. However, it was surprising and disapointing that he had no idea why te hot water heater wouldn't heat. It wasn't like it was an off brand,(only 7 year old GE,) he called in and supposidly his service manager didn't kow either. I had the feeling they only wanted to sell me a new one and it was going to cost a bundle.
