My almost 80 year old mother had a plumping issue, she dropped kitty litter in the sink- 2 very polite men came to repair the clogged drain problem, charged her $315 to walk in the door and remove the P-trap, then tell her they will need to cut a hole int he wall to place new piping and will cost $1900.00 because the litter turned to cement.
She is on a fixed income, I called my maintenance man from work- he came over with a commercial grade snake and snaked the problem- really Mike Counsil you should return the senior citizens $315.00 payment for trying to rip her off. Bad business, and more importantly- bad business ethics. So disappointed that your company doesn't work with more integrity.
