Sandy and Hal from South Congress Storage are very customer-oriented and really give the customer a personalized experience! Whenever I go, they recognize my car when I pull up and and remember little details about me even, though I don't go that often. If they ever don't recognize my car, they will come out and check, and overall, they are very observant and secure about what they do. They're really on the ball! They have great storage units as well. At the beginning, I encountered one problem where the storage unit was a foot or two shorter than anticipated, but Hal was very accommodating and offered to lower my rate right there. And when we found that the car didn't fit well in the space, Hal quickly offered to put me in a bigger storage space for no extra cost! They really go out of the way to help the customer. I've been using them for about seventeen years now and am greatly satisfied. Sandy and Hal really make that property!
