Good People To Do Business With! 5/5/2017

South Congress Storage is a great company. They've just changed hands, and I don't know much about the new management, but the old management was absolutely fabulous. I've been doing business with them for at least a decade and I have been very satisfied throughout this time. I have easy access to them from my work place. I'm in the flagpole business, so the fact that South Congress Storage has a handful of forty-feet long mini warehouses is definitely a plu for me. Their customer service is fantastic; both Sandy and Hal, who I've dealt with, are sweet people. Hal's not working there anymore, but Sandy is; they've been there forever and I've always enjoyed interacting with them. Sandy is very responsive, as are the other staff. They're just good people to do business with. more

Great Business And Great People 4/27/2017

They are very cool people to work with. I haven't had any issues with the storage or prices. There were two occasions where we had an issue with the billing and had to contact them about being refunded, but I don't fault them for that. I have my own business as well, and I understand that these things happen sometimes. The couple who runs South Congress Storage are older, and the technology they use on-site is a bit outdated, but I respect their commitment to their family and their business. more

Highly Personalized Experience! 4/26/2017

Sandy and Hal from South Congress Storage are very customer-oriented and really give the customer a personalized experience! Whenever I go, they recognize my car when I pull up and and remember little details about me even, though I don't go that often. If they ever don't recognize my car, they will come out and check, and overall, they are very observant and secure about what they do. They're really on the ball! They have great storage units as well. At the beginning, I encountered one problem where the storage unit was a foot or two shorter than anticipated, but Hal was very accommodating and offered to lower my rate right there. And when we found that the car didn't fit well in the space, Hal quickly offered to put me in a bigger storage space for no extra cost! They really go out of the way to help the customer. I've been using them for about seventeen years now and am greatly satisfied. Sandy and Hal really make that property! more

I would definitely give South Congress Storage a 5 because they have some really good business hours and anytime I ever had a concern or needed to ask them a question or anytime I had anything, any reason to get in contact with someone, they were always really easy to get a hold of. I also really like that they are a family owned business. more

I'v Had A Positive Experience 10/4/2016

I found out about South Congress Storage from doing an online search. I needed storage for my belongings and they were able to communicate their procedures and guidelines to me. I am satisfied with their service. Their staff are professional. Everything is great. I would recommend using South Congress Storage. more

great storage area 9/29/2016

I used South Congress Storage for a few months a while back and was quite pleased with how my experience with them went. I needed to store something for a couple of months, and for a good price I was able to find a storage unit the size I needed, and it had good lighting and air conditioning to keep everything in good order. I would definitely use again if I have anything I need to store. more

I Had A Positive Experience 9/20/2016

South Congress Storage was referred to me from another company. In a short notice of time they were able to provide me with a large storage of a really large trailer and charged me for 1. So, in my opinion they went above and beyond. Prices are very good and competitive. It's not very often that you'll find a company that looks out for their customers. I would recommend this company to other people. more
