I thought Spencer was very helpful in explaining various different products as well as his own. The educational process was good. The customer service was excellent. It was a good overall experience. I didn't feel like i was being sold something so much as I was being educated. The price was basically right where I expected to be. It's not like I stole it, but it's not like I overpaid either. I would just say that they're not a big brand name store. You get more personal service there that is customized to what you need, which is what interested me as opposed to going to a big box store. They look at personalizing the product and that makes a big difference.
