I called these people because they were the experts in commercial Generac generators. Had to pay in advance by credit card before they would come out to look at the problem.
When the technician arrived, he informed me that he had never worked on the model I had and only knew residential generators. The only thing he managed to do was to switch the generator on in a permanent position so when my power came back on the generator would not turn off. Fortunately someone with some experience came over and saw this mistake and got me back on the grid before the generator was ruined.
The technician was a nice kid though. Just didn't have a clue as to what he was doing.
