I live in a 2 family apt home & the downstairs apt is currently vacant. A few weeks pass & its getting colder so I decide to turn the heat on in the vacant apt. I flip the breaker BUT THIS TIME A FUSE SEEMED TO BLOW! BIG SPARK! HOLY FCK. NO ELECTRICITY IN THE DOWNSTAIRS APT NOW I call these Jameson Guys ASAP. Again I'll state this, I've never had any issues with the electric in my house for the 6 plus years there was people living downstairs besides the microwave issue in my apt that never affected them. Scheduled another date to meet & they let me know there'd be another dispatch charge & a diagnostic charge! This is gonna be the 4th TIME I'M BEING CHARGED FOR THEM TO COME OUT, WHY?! I hesitantly agreed because its the dead of winter in Buffalo & don't want the pipes to freeze. Poor me, I had an unexpected issue come up & wasn't able to make it during the day we scheduled, so I call again only to find out that I was put on Do not Service because I supposedly had a prior balance from the 3rd visit Matt came for, WHICH HE WAIVED because he was literally there for 10 MINS.If that! So I explain this to Jessica & she says she'll call the owner & he'd get in contact with me. Days pass, no word. I actually call on the 22ND of this week while at Home Depot looking for a heat gun & some other heating essentials BECAUSE GUESS WHAT!?! MY PIPES FROZE! & I'm told again that the owner should reach out to me but by a different girl at a different answering service! BUT STILL NOT A PEEP! AGAIN THIS WAS ON THE 22ND OF THIS WEEK! THE 23RD IS WHEN MY WATER METER BURST & LEFT A HOSE OF WATER COMING FROM THE CEILING OF THE DOWNSTAIRS APT BATHROOM & TODAY THE 25TH OF JAN IS WHEN I CHECK MY EMAIL TO SEE THAT THEY SENT ME AN INVOICE ON THE 23RD FOR A DISPATCH THAT I WAS NEVER EVEN AWARE OF FOR THE 18TH!!! THEY ALWAYS CALL BEFORE THEY ARE ON THEIR WAY BUT I RECEIVED NO CALL THAT DAY BECAUSE I WAS NOT SCHEDULED AN APPT OR CONTACTED BY THE OWNER! STAY AWAY! DESPITE ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS!
