The serviceman was nice, but when he found out that the furnace is older, all he basically did was try to sell a new furnace. The pilot light was already lit.
He did a test with his machine, it said there was high levels of Co. He shut the system off.
I called Excel Energy out, they tested the furnace, the Co level was 0. They left the furnace on. We have been using it with no problems.
I will not recommend Peterson Plumbing, you kept my money even after I reported what happened. I think I should get my money refunded because of the false reading and no cleaning of unit. I do not trust your company.
