Great service 2/3/2017

The technician from Peterson Plumbing came out and changed a gasket around the toilet for us. Then he explained some stuff around the house that I had questions about. He also showed me where the main shutoff to the water is down at the street and also made some adjustments to a valve for me. I was very happy with their service and would recommend them. I will call them again. more

friendly, professional service 2/1/2017

Peterson Plumbing looked at my furnace and looked at the motor in the fan. The wiring that went into the motor was getting frayed and it stopped the motor from running. They just tightened the wires a little bit and that got it working. It cost about $246, which I thought was rather high. The technician was friendly and professional, though. I had used their service once before last fall, he checked the furnace because I was smelling gas once in a while. He tightened some screws and I didn't have any problems after that. more

Not happy with experience 2/1/2017

The serviceman was nice, but when he found out that the furnace is older, all he basically did was try to sell a new furnace. The pilot light was already lit. He did a test with his machine, it said there was high levels of Co. He shut the system off. I called Excel Energy out, they tested the furnace, the Co level was 0. They left the furnace on. We have been using it with no problems. I will not recommend Peterson Plumbing, you kept my money even after I reported what happened. I think I should get my money refunded because of the false reading and no cleaning of unit. I do not trust your company. more

Caring and conscientious service! 1/31/2017

Service technicians were superb. Treated our property with respect and great attention to detail. Friendly and knowledgeable. Ken supplied a detailed and careful initial overview and sold us a new system. Robert R., with the assistance of John, replaced the system and did an excellent job along the way. They worked long hard hours in order to be complete and do the replacement correctly and in a timely manner. Jeff was also helpful giving initial information about the process and answering concerns we had about the replacement. They are vendors that we would use again. more

Quote for water heater installation 1/31/2017

I was very offended by the quote I received from Peterson for this installation. I requested a ball park estimate over the phone and would not have had the serviceman come to my home if I had been given an estimate beforehand. What a rip-off! I wasted my time and $50 obtaining this insulting quote. I got a quote from a competitor for a third of the price. My dad was so disgusted by the quote that he drove over from Denver to help me out. It took us a few hours and cost less than $100. The quote I received prior to the phony "multiple service" discount was $1500. Completely appalling. I will not recommend Peterson to anyone. After sharing my experience I have heard countless stories. Not sure how Peterson is in business, I assume by getting jobs from people who are desparate and don't know any better. more
